When the first mobile phones where made they were originally used to make phone calls and send text messages. Years later, music capabilities entered, as well as gaming opportunities such as the “snake” “Tetris” and “blocks”. The screen in those phones didn’t have any colour apart from dark green screen with black. After that the chance to view the screen in colour then later take pictures and send them to your contacts became available as technology progressed.
That was impressive then. Now all of these features and more come as standard on most mobile phones. Many users would even turn up their nose at a phone that didn't have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, or one that couldn't do video calls with the phone. Some people wouldn't even touch a device that couldn't play TV shows and films. People are even basing their phone purchasing decision on what apps mobile phones have access to rather than anything else.
These days many phones have numerous applications such as internet access, GPS, TV, social networks, 3D games, motion sensor for many mini applications and effects etc. Whether you want quick access to maps to find the nearest post office, GPS to map your run, fun apps to make it look like you're swallowing a pint of lager or shaking a pack of Tic-Tacs or games that use your handset's technology to make the experience, apps can really change the way mobiles are being used.
This is a video about the many applications the Android phone contains, enjoy:

It is true. everyone looks for the apps that a phone has, and the thins you can do with the phone before buying it
ReplyDeleteinteresting article! Very true, when you see someone with a really old phone with the screens with no color you think.. poor guys, dunno what their missing! But mobile phones are becoming a bit too complicated to use! like everything else!
ReplyDeleteIt is funny to rememeber the first phone you ever got because it was so simple compared to any phone out now. It is bad if people don't have a phone with so many apps then it's consider not a good phone.
